Long-term Water Planning: How do we ensure enough water for the future

    2:00 PMWebinar

Water conservation, reuse, desalination, and water rights are key issues across the country as the States consider how to keep up with projected population growth in the future. This issue is particularly relevant after the drought conditions many regions of the United States have faced in the past few years. Long-term water planning is an increasingly important issue for states to address. This panel will discuss long-term water planning issues from a variety of perspectives, including:

    ○ new developments in long-term water planning
    ○ challenges facing states
    ○ best practices for initiating long-term water plans
    ○ future innovation that has the potential to impact long-term water planning
